We went with some friends to the temple open house. Of course it was beautiful. Since today is Pioneer Day, I can't help but wonder if our pioneer ancestors could have ever imagined having 4 temples in the Salt Lake Valley, 2 in South Jordan alone. I bet they are truely rejoicing on the other side! Being a descendant of the early pioneers, I am truely greatful they made such a HUGE sacrifice so generations later I could be raised in the gospel and live in this beautiful valley.

Aren't we lucky to have such a great heritage. What a blessing to live today with the temple so easily accessible. I too feel so blessed. :)
